Owner, RMT
Nick Seed
Nick has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2016. Since then, he has expanded his knowledge in the field, using different massage techniques and assessments skills to provide exceptional personalized rehabilitation services. He started Seed Rehab in August of 2023, and opened his practice in July of 2025. He is also a part-time professor in the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College. Helping future generations of RMT's be the best they can be. Nick has also had the pleasure of working with professional sports teams such as the Ottawa Senators, and New Zealand Black Ferns.

Adam Bourne
Adam takes great pride in helping people achieve their treatment goals, whatever they may be. He takes a focused approach to treatment; looking at areas of high tension, postural imbalances, chronic and/or acute injuries, and helping his clients understand what they can do to continue their progress. Adam spent several years as the Team Massage Therapist for the Ottawa 67's of the OHL and continues to work with many of the uOttawa Geegees teams and athletes. He is also the Massage Therapist for the Ottawa Black Bears of the NLL. In his off time, Adam enjoys getting outside and being active all year round. He is a member of the Canadian Ski Patrol and spends the winter months on the ski hill. In the summer, he spends time mountain biking in Gatineau Park, fishing, and playing outdoor sports.

Physiotherapist
Margi Munshi
Margi is a registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO). She is dedicated and compassionate, helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Margi takes a patient-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practice, focusing on identifying the root cause of pain and creating personalized treatment plans that support long-term recovery and prevention. Her treatment style combines active rehabilitation, hands-on manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, electrotherapy, functional exercise, and patient education. Margi works closely with each patient to guide them back to work, sport, and daily activities with confidence. With a growing focus on women’s health, Margi continually expands her expertise to provide the highest standard of care. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, practicing Indian music, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Hannah Ponton
Hannah is passionate about the body, wellness, and helping people feel their best. She offers individualized treatment plans to reduce pain, increase mobility, and support patients health and wellness goals. Hannah is skilled in many different treatment styles, techniques and modalities, including Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue massage and manual lymph drainage. Every treatment is tailored to best suit her patients needs and goals. Whether her patients are recovering from an injury, dealing with postural imbalances and tension, or just looking to relax, Hannah is here to help them feel their best.

Inass Jaber
Before finding her calling in massage therapy, Inass earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences; a background that sharpens her understanding of the body and informs the thoughtful, evidence-based care she brings to every session. She graduated with honours from Algonquin College’s Massage Therapy program. For Inass, choosing this profession wasn’t just a career decision, it was a search for work that felt genuinely meaningful. She values empathy and care and believes in the powerful ability of massage therapy to improve well-being while supporting mind-body balance. Inass is passionate about creating a healing environment where clients feel heard and supported. Whether you’re seeking general wellness maintenance or deeper work like deep tissue massage and myofascial release, Inass tailors each treatment to meet you where you are.
